Sandstone grinding is required when there is significant tile lippage, deep scratches that won't polish out, severely uneven sections, or when the floor needs full levelling before restoration. We use wet grinding and dust extraction to minimise mess. The area needs to be completely cleared of furniture and cannot be used during grinding. Some slurry is produced which we clean as we work. Most residential sandstone grinding projects are completed in 1–2 days.
