We had an issue with the grout in the shower. Huge chips out of it and it was just old in general. Also the shower leaked every time we used it. I contacted Ryan and he was professional, on time and delivered a high quality or work. Even coming back the next week to fix an unexpected issue (big gaps between the floor and wall). The before and after pics show the difference. We are very happy so far.Posted on Google![]()

Highy recommended Indie from Aus Floor Care. I had a marble bench top refurbished. It had etch marks and had been epoxy impacted in its early life. He took extra care to remove epoxy layer and then bring life back to the marble. Good communication and cleaned up and very politePosted on Google![]()

Incredible Restoration – Saved My Bluestone! After having bluestone crazy paving laid, I had a nightmare experience with a previous tradesman who applied a dark-tinted sealer and then unsuccessfully tried to grind it out. The stone looked ruined. I called Ausfloor Care, and Indie was fantastic. He explained exactly what needed to happen to fix the damage. He managed to restore the bluestone to its beautiful natural color and applied a natural-look sealer that truly highlights the stone. We absolutely love the finished result. If it wasn’t for Indie and his team, I would have given up and tiled over the entire area. Highly recommended!Posted on Google![]()

Indie and his team are absolutely 5 star!! Indie repaired the cracks in our terrazzo kitchen floor and has honed and polished it to a beautiful finish. The team were extremely professional, polite and friendly and went above and beyond with helping move furniture. They arrived on time and worked so hard to finish the job on time. I cannot recommend Indie highly enough. I will certainly be using him again when we need any stone maintenance in the future.Posted on Google![]()

It’s 7:00 AM on a freezing August morning in Melbourne.
Outside, it’s 8 degrees, wet, and dark. You turn on the central heating, step barefoot out of bed, and walk into your open-plan living area or luxury bathroom.
As the morning light hits your indoor marble, terrazzo, or travertine floors… your stomach drops.
The high-traffic entryways look grey, scratched, and permanently filthy from wet shoes, grit, and winter rain tracked in off the street.
Your underfloor heated stone tile joints are bleeding white, powdery dampness and discoloured grout.
Your luxury marble shower walls and travertine bathroom floors are sprouting stubborn black mould spores that no amount of supermarket bleach can kill.
Under your bright indoor lights, the mirror polish you paid tens of thousands for looks dull, foggy, and completely lifeless.
You spent thousands turning your home into a sanctuary. But right now—in the dead of a damp Melbourne winter—it feels more like a cold, damp, neglected train station.
You try mopping with warm water and standard store-bought cleaner.
Big mistake.
The water dries, leaving a cloudy chemical haze across the entire room. The scratches remain. The stone looks even colder, darker, and more ruined than before.
Welcome to the Melbourne Winter Moisture Trap—where cold weather, indoor heating, and trapped humidity attack your indoor natural stone from the inside out.

Why Winter in Melbourne Destroys Unsealed Indoor Stone
During July and August, Melbourne experiences its coldest, wettest months of the year.
While you are trying to keep warm inside, three invisible threats are destroying your stone:
1. The Grit & Acid Attack: Wet winter boots track in fine abrasive sand, road grime, and acidic rainwater. Every step you take acts like fine sandpaper, grinding away the factory polish on your marble and limestone floors.
2. The Condensation Pressure Cooker: Turning up indoor heating while the slab beneath your home stays icy cold creates extreme vapor pressure. Trapped moisture rushes upward through porous stone, pushing alkali salts to the surface and causing deep discolouration.
3. The Supermarket Bleach Trap: Blasting winter shower mould with chlorine bleach breaks down stone sealers, etches sensitive calcium carbonate, and creates microscopic pores where mould returns twice as fast next week.

The Solution: Italian-Trained Winter Diamond Refinement & Deep Extraction
You don’t need to put up with cold, dreary, damaged floors until summer. And you certainly don’t need to rip up your tiles.
At Aus Floor Care, we specialize in cold-season indoor stone recovery. Trained in Italian stonemasonry techniques, our certified technicians bring warmth, depth, and mirror-grade polish back to Melbourne’s finest indoor surfaces—completely dust-free.

Why Melbourne’s Elite Suburbs Call Us in July & August:
100% Dust-Free Process: Our European wet-grinding machinery ensures zero airborne dust settles on your furniture, rugs, or heating vents.
Deep Mould & Bacteria Extraction: We sanitize grout lines and stone pores using non-toxic, pH-neutral bio-cleaners safe for children and pets.
Thermal-Bonded Penetrating Sealers: Our premium Lithofin nanotech sealers cure deeply even in low winter temperatures, forming an invisible shield against winter mud, red wine spills, and oil stains.
Bring Warmth and Showroom Gloss Back to Your Home This Winter
Don’t spend the rest of winter staring at dull, scratched, or mouldy stone floors. Transform your home into a bright, luxurious warm haven before spring arrives.
Whether you have a scratched marble entryway in Toorak, a foggy terrazzo hallway in Camberwell, or a stained travertine shower in Brighton—we give your stone the exact prescription it needs to look brand new again.
